We respect your privacy. This page describes what we store and why.

When you use the portal, we store your device MAC address and the M3U URL you provide.
If you add an OpenSubtitles API key, we store it to request subtitles on your behalf.
We log minimal technical data for troubleshooting (timestamps, device checks).
You can request deletion by emailing support@flexiptv.digital with your MAC address.
